Principal’s Prologue

At the outset, I would like to inform that St Xaviers CMI Public School, Bhavnagar provides our students the right coherence and convergence which are a prerequisite for actualising their goals. Consequently, St. Xaviers has carved a niche for itself as one of the premier schools in the city as it has given new dynamism and dimension to the concept of modern teaching. The raison d’être of our school is to prodigiously nurture the huge potential of the students. St. Xaviers envisages a paramount world of education where the tender minds could effortlessly achieve pinnacles of excellence. I am proud that our school has an academically stimulating ambience. From a humble beginning, the school has phenomenally grown in stature and strength under the ebullient and eloquent guidance of the management and vivacious teaching staff. Today, our school has a spacious basketball court, football ground, badminton court and well equipped children’s play-park to promote extracurricular activities. Its smart-class from kindergarten to 10 th Class has become a momentous hit. It has vast auditorium, conference room, computer, science and Maths labs where every ward has access to the PC monitor. The school library has hundreds of age-appropriate books on all subjects, storybooks, periodicals and newspapers. The spacious library has become a major attraction for the students and teachers in view of its best infrastructural facility.

 

I am proud to announce that our xavierites have scored 100 percent result in S.S.C. during 2017-18 and 2018-19 academic years. Teachers are regularly deputed for refresher courses to upgrade themselves with the cutting edge technologies of teaching. Through Campuscare software, we are transmitting to the students and parents all messages and announcements about class lessons and homework. It is a wonderful testimony of our brilliance that our wards invariably bring laurels at extracurricular activities such as quiz, Tween’s Soccer, skating, chess etc. At St. Xaviers, we are striving to empower our students to be socially and academically successful in life. Xaviers believes in lighting every little lamp that walks into its universe to enkindle the world of tomorrow with wisdom and knowledge. It is my cherished dream and commitment that each one of our students should become a success story.

 

Education is not mere accumulation of facts but it is preparation of life itself. Education is knowledge permeated with wisdom and ethics. It develops the personality of the students, moulds their character and develops mental skills to help them tackle the problems and challenges of this complex world of today. We strive to equip our students with the competence and character to address the impending and imminent global challenges.

 

Our School’s Holy Grail is to inculcate the passion of knowledge in our students and with this USP; it strives strenuously to develop the skills and demeanour of perennial learning which is critical for producing responsible citizenry. This will empower and make them robust to face the future with resilience and optimism. We are committed to nurturing and nourishing each student’s potential.
